Very fresh sushi! Favorite place for a quick lunch carryout. Delicious inexpensive California rolls. Nice bite-sized rolls, not too big. Wonderful service as well! The staff is always so kind and welcoming. A friend introduced me to Ajishin. Grateful for the recommendation!

The 5 star reviews are well earned. The sushi was phenomenal. Very fresh, great portions, and really reasonably priced. We got drinks from Moose and feasted tail-gate style in the parking lot.

Heads up this is a carryout only restaurant. Did not realize this before entering. They have a couple tables on the side where you can sit to review the menu or wait for your order. Staff was nice. Food was good and prepared quickly.

I used to come here in 2010s. Today I came back here with my son to show my regular sushi place. Ajishin still offers top notch udons and sushi at cheap prices. I felt that Udon was a bit saltier than before. It's unfortunate that we were not able to eat inside any more but worthy of 30 minutes drive from Ann Arbor.

For traditional sushi this place is the best around! Not the place you are looking for if you want wild Americanized rolls. I do wish they would open up indoor seating - doesn’t need to be serviced, but a place to just sit would be nice. I know that is not their business model post pandemic, but it is the only negative.

My Go-To for Japanese. Ajishin's food is consistently good. I actually remember when they used to have a dine-in area, and the atmosphere was pretty nice back then. I order from here pretty regularly, usually about once a month. Even after a 30-minute drive home, the broth in their hot dishes is always warm enough, which is a big plus. Their sushi is reliable, and the cold noodles are quite enjoyable. Service is generally efficient and friendly, and you can tell the staff enjoy working here.

The best Udon I've eaten in my life (from Korea, been to Japan 8+ time) It's been here for more than two decades and they haven't changed their flavor not one bit. It's sad that they don't have dine in but I could care less if I can have this udon again. I love this place with all my heart I live in DC right now but I'm planning to go again soon
